The dust collection adapter is made from plumbing fixtures I picked up at the Home Depot for about $5. The port connects directly to my 2 1/4" Shop Vac hose.
I also made a quick and dirty resaw fence. Took about five minutes and works great! Here are two pictures: Picture 1 and Picture 2.
